China is a very special little girl. She entered the rescue on November 6,2015 weighing only 28 pounds. She suffered from a combination of owner neglect and untreated diabetes. Once admitted to the rescue, she has gained 13 pounds, has a healthy diet and is doing much better. China needs a special home. She will require medical monitoring and insulin for the rest of her life. But she is a very happy girl. She had been not spayed due to her condition.
